At Dominik Scherl Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new home decor. If your artwork isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack the artwork in its original protective packaging and reinforced box to ensure it arrives back at our studio in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our curators inspect the returned piece, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
